We work in collaboration with our Inclusivity Networks (Race Equality, LGBTQ+, Disability and Long Term Conditions) to create and implement Strategic Priorities and create a fair and equal workplace experience for all colleagues. Our Inclusivity Groups support colleagues by sharing lived experience and advice as we focus on making positive change. We work hard to ensure that everyone can contribute in a way that works for them.
